Community Night starts again on February 22!

This year, we continue our Community Night tradition. Every Thursday evening starting mid September through mid November for the fall season and again starting in February through April for spring, join us at 6:00 PM in the Johnson Room, for food and friendship. Each week features the talents of the fabulous cooks in our congregation: two main dishes (one vegetarian), as well as sides, salad and bread. A donation of $5 per adult, $2 per child under ten, or $10 per family, covers the cost of the meal. If you’d like to join, but have dietary restrictions or preferences, you are welcome to bring your own meal.

04/12 – Justin Gelsinger is making Beef Bourguignon (dairy, soy and gluten free) and herb de Provence mashed potatoes. (gluten and soy free) Daisy Danforth is making a vegan mushroom Bourguignon (soy free) while Vicki Meyers is making Haricots Verts and French bread. Amanda Rodgers is making Frenchy goat cheese salad.

04/19 – Patricia is making Thai Chicken Coconut Curry and Thai Coconut Curry with Tofu. Justin Wescott is making spring rolls, one is veggies and tofu and the other has crab as well as peanut sauce. Todd Haughton will make Thai-influenced cucumber salad and Cherie Stafford will make rice.


Following Community night, Thursday evenings feature many activities: small groups, adult faith development, Pathway to Membership, and more. Check out the UUCP website to sign up. Chalice Kids childcare is available between 6:30-8:30.
