The celebration of a marriage or union marks an important passage in people’s lives. People approach this rite with great love and great hope for the future, and UUCP can provide a supportive environment that will allow the experience to resonate with the participants and guests and generate fond memories for years to come.
As a nurturing Unitarian Universalist congregation, we fully support marriage for couples of all sexual orientations. There is no one service that must be used; a UU wedding service allows flexibility and creativity for couples hoping to shape a service reflective of their values, their relationship and their spiritual practices.
