Six UU Outdoor Group hikers enjoyed the amazing rock formation on the  Marcus Landslide Trail at Tom’s Thumb Trailhead on Saturday, October 22. Everyone opted for the easy 3.8 mile hike instead of the more difficult option of hiking the Tom’s Thumb Trail. With the cooler temperatures, we started out at 7:45am and returned in 2 hours to go have coffee and conversation together.

Please check out the next hike November 12 at Granite Mountain, which will be led by Gary Ezzell.

Also please check the calendar. If there is an open date and you would like to lead a hike, please send an email to outdoorgroup@phoenixuu.org with the date and location of the hike to be added to the calendar.

The weather is perfect for hiking now. Put on those boots and join us for a fun time in the great outdoors!
