By request, Rev. Christine is offering a class to consider and plan your Memorial Service. In this time of pandemic and struggle, many of us have been more overtly talking about our mortality and what is important to us—we welcome those conversations! In the first class, we’ll cover what a Memorial service is, who it is for, why it is important and what makes it special. In the second class, we’ll go over the different elements that you can plan. You’ll have a chance to pick out hymns, readings, speakers or anything else that feels meaningful to you. In the third class, we will talk about broader planning and end-of-life resources, including the opportunity to be involved in writing your own eulogy with Rev. Christine. This class will be spirit and joy-filled, informational and collaborative.
