Unitarian Universalist memorial services celebrate the life of loved one who has passed with a service that attempts to celebrate the character and gifts of the person, while also ministering and tending to the needs of the family and friends.

A minister will meet with loved ones in advance to plan the service. Typically, a UU memorial service incorporates readings, music, sharing from family, friends and loved one and, if requested, a eulogy from the minister.

Our ministers provide memorial services for members free of charge, and should contact the Lead Minister directly for a memorial service.

We do our best to accommodate requests from non-members for memorial services and to put you in touch with a minister affiliated with our congregation.  Please contact Geoff Anderla in the office for requests for memorial services.
