Join Kathy Manker & Bruce Gardner presenting the Sacred Sites of Mary Magdalene & Southern France this Friday, June 9. Their  presentation will be held in the UUCP Sanctuary from 7pm to 8pm, on Zoom:  Meeting ID: 871 8102 4474 | Passcode: 009230.

Kathy and Bruce will be presenting a slide show of their  trip to southern France on a tour exploring sacred sites. They visited several sites and churches associated with Mary Magdalene such as Le Grotte de la Sainte Baume. Also visited were several sites in the Cathar region where thousands of Cathars were killed by the King of France at the request of the Pope. These included Carcassone, Montsegur and Rennes le Chateau (of Holy Blood, Holy Grail fame).

In addition, they also visited Lourdes, source of healing water, and ended in Rocamadour, a medieval town. Kathy will share stories of Mary Magdalene and Jesus and their descendants.
