I’m a professional developer / semi – pro musician with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of software development, graphical arts and music fields.

Some highlights of my professional career include spending nine years writing software for theme park attractions for Disney. As an imagineer, I authored software for seven attractions on two different continents including (but not limited to):  Animagique for Disney Studios Paris, The beast’s library / Ursula’s grotto for Disney’s California Adventure and Conservation station for Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Florida.

Post Disney, I spent nine years working for the pet division of Nationwide Insurance as a Sr. web developer. As part of a team of six developers, we were responsible for the company’s 5000+ page website with an annual traffic count of over one million visitors per year.

In parallel to my IT related work, I have also spent the last thirty or so years as a pro / semi-pro musician, touring around the states in various rock bands. A few noteworthy items, at last count, have performed over 150 live shows. Had an opportunity to perform on morning drive radio in Santa Barbara for an audience of 200k. Recorded several songs in the legendary EMI studios in Nashville, TN.

Took part of arguably one of the world’s first virtual bands, comprised of members culled from Myspace in the mid-90’s, that was created with the purpose of nationwide touring and being filmed for a reality TV show, which, fell apart before it ever made it on TV.

When I’m not making noise or writing lines of code, you can find me on weekends riding motorcycles, wine tasting, or out sailing around the Los Angeles area.
