The Buddhist Sangha meetings, which previously were held the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, 7-8:15, have been moved per request of participants to 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, 7-8:15.  Come and check us out!  Mindfulness practice of being in the present moment has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve the immune system, help sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase contentment – sounds great, right?
