If he must report that the U.S. has, yet again, passed no concrete legislation to address the climate crisis, the other 196 nations will have no reason to take action. Now is the time for every citizen who wants action to end the climate crisis to say: “HOLD THE LINE! NO CLIMATE NO DEAL!”
