In June 2015, Bill and Joy Mee spent 15 days in Russia, on their own in Moscow and then joined Viking River Cruises to sail up the Moscow Canal and then Moscow, Volga and Neva rivers to St. Petersburg stopping in five historic towns.

In Moscow, they attended the ballet, visited the Kremlin, and hired a private guide to drive to Sergiev Posad with its historic churches and to the Russian Exhibition Center with its Soviet period outdoor exhibit of buildings, monuments and fountains. Slides include interiors of the czars’ homes as well as the artwork of the Moscow and St. Petersburg subways.
