UUCP acknowledges that the land we occupy was taken from Native Americans. What more can we do? The Adult Faith Development Team has learned that the University of Arizona is offering a 4 session online class about Tohono O’odham History and Culture. The stated tuition is $90, but a 20% discount code may be obtained by emailing the coordinator prior to registering and indicating you are with our congregation. The class will be Mondays, 4:30 – 6:00pm, beginning September 11, and is part of their community classroom program.
