Why is this a big deal? In March 2021, one of light poles in our parking lot was damaged. We were already planning to renovate the parking lot itself, and we hoped that all the work could be completed during the summer of 2021. With pandemic-induced delays, that didn’t happen.
In January 2022, after 7 months of work and waiting, we reached the point where the lower parking lot had asphalt laid and lines painted—and it was usable again! But we were still waiting for lights so that the parking lot would be safer to use at night. And as of August 2, 2022, that has finally happened!
