Love Letters to the Earth – Environmental Day at the Capitol

Thank you to all who helped make our first ever Virtual Environmental Day at the Capitol a success. If you missed it, you can view much of it on Facebook.

A key highlight was students from three high schools hosting a news conference with students reading love letters to the Earth, and a noontime love letters to the Earth event hosted by Arizona Interfaith Power and Light, Arizona Faith Network, and the Franciscan Renewal Center.  If you are interested in writing and reading your own love letter to the Earth, contact Doug Bland at doug.bland@azipl.org. The groups will be sharing more of the love letters in April leading up to Earth Day.

We hope you will continue to engage with legislators throughout the session and in any follow up meetings and actions.  Please also sign up for our legislative updates here.
