Saturday, April 2, 11:00am – 2:30pm AZ time, via Zoom

Allies for Racial Equity (ARE) is a UU organization whose mission is to build an antiracist movement of white Unitarian Universalists working to understand whiteness and privilege, unlearn and challenge white supremacy, and confront racism in ways that are accountable to communities of color. They are the partner organization to the Bipoc group DRUUMM, Diverse and Revolutionary UU Multicultural Ministries.

Their spring (Zoom) gathering will focus on the 8th Principle, specifically how living out the 8th Principle in UU communities feeds spiritual health and wholeness for all our beloveds. UUCP has adopted the 8th Principle; there is much to learn and share how we can continue to live out this principle in our lives and congregation.

We encourage you to attend this virtual gathering and learn how you can support the 8th Principle. Registration is free.

We, the member congregations of the Unitarian Universalist Association, covenant to affirm and promote: journeying toward spiritual wholeness by working to build a diverse multicultural Beloved Community by our actions that accountably dismantle racism and other oppressions in ourselves and our institutions.
