Join the Advanced Meditation practice on Zoom each Monday morning that provides a comfortable and supportive setting for Zen or Yogi style secular meditation led by an experienced teacher. The practice includes silent meditations of 15-45 minutes plus reminiscing and socializing to relax and turn inwards.
This group will begin meeting on Monday, October 9, and continue through August 26, 2024. Sessions will run from 9:30 – 11:30am MST.
