What a great time we had at the Pride Parade on Sunday! We had almost 50 UUCP folks and friends there, with banners inviting all to check us out and signs with our 8 principles. The crowd was abundant and so happy to be gathering and together. They were glad to see a house of worship and we handed out 1000 cards with information about UUCP. But it was also the kids doing tumbling passes and the UUCP dogs that brought cheers and smiles to the crowd. And it was SO much fun to live stream what was happening at the parade into the worship service—it helped both contingencies feel connected as one UUCP. Your Pride committee thanks you all for your participation, joy and love.
